Return policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as convenient as possible. Customers are notified via email when we process a return, initiate a refund, or update them on the status of their return/exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, with all the original tags, and in the same packaging as when you received them. Returns must be initiated and sent back within 30 days of the date of delivery.

We are proud to provide free shipping for returns. We will provide a return shipping label.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned items and inspect them for compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please create an account with us (by clicking the login icon on the upper right corner of our webpage), using the email that you used to purchase our product(s). After logging into your account, you will see the "Orders" tab. Click the button "Request Return" and follow the instructions.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to return the original item and then place a new order for the desired item.
