Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return packing slip.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned items and inspect them for compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

For the Nursing Bra, it is put on like a normal bra with hooks in the back.

For the Nursing Babydoll, it is slipped over head as there is no closure in back or front and there is an underbust band.

MUQIN's nursing bra has two front bands that can accommodate incredible body changes. The front outside wing can provide extra support to breast while breastfeeding, alleviating droopy breasts. It is extremely soft without any elastics, great to take care of sore nipples, engorged breasts and breast infection.

For the Nursing Bra, there is an underbust band with velcro flaps that you can stick accordingly to your body's expansion or reduction. Along with nursing clips located on top of the bra cup for easy access when nursing.

For the Nursing Babydoll, there is also an underbust band that can be adjust using the same velcros. The babydoll has two ways to access when nursing: one is the top clips like the bra, and the other one is located next to the velcros and can be attached above the nursing cups for a full front opening.
